Founded in 922, Goslar is an important mining city for more than a thousand years, and the Kaiserpfalz (Imperial Palace) was the home of the Saxon kings from 1005 to 1219. The Altstadt and Main Square are an amazing location to visit. Rammelsberg mine had been working continuously for over 1,000 years for silverm cooper and lead mine and is an amazing mining voyage trough the years. Rammelsberg is just amazing.
