Belvedere consists of two Baroque Palaces, the Orangery and the Palace Stables. A beautiful garden with fountains and cascades links the building complex. Belvedere was built as a Summer Residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy. Nowadays, Belvedere houses the Austrian Art Gallery from the Middle Ages to Contemporary Art.
