Fontana di Trevi is probably the most known fountain in the World. In the Federico Fellini classic La Dolce Vita, Anita Ekberg plunged inside the Fontana di Trevi in one of the most sensual scenes in Cinema history. Nowadays all you can do is throw a coin into the fountain as good luck. This beautiful baroque fountain was constructed in 1762 to transport water into the city centre.
